1848 Antique Hand Coloured Print, Florence

A 170 year old antique print with the colours exceptionally strong for the age.
“Pio 11. Dall’Alto Delle Mura Di Ancona osserva L’imbraco delle truppe Veneziane per la spedizone di terra santa”
English translation,
Pius 11. From the Alto Delle Mura di Ancona observes the harness of the Venetian troops for the shipment of holy land.
Print has a signature in the plate underneath print area.
Print area is in excellent condition, wider paper area shows aging but generally clean, one area of foxing just outside print area on right, see pictures.
Print area is aproximately 7 by 5 inches and the overall size is 10 by 7 inches.
