1844 antique print, engraving titled Jerusalem as besieged by Titus, the print is a Griffith Patent on steel.

The print was published in 1844, the prints being based on the drawings of W H Bartlett and a walking tour he had conducted of Jerusalem. The work was Bartlett’s last as he died on the return journey from this trip.

The prints is approximately 5 by 7 1/2 inches with the overall paper size of 5 3/4 by 9 1/4 inches.

Print is in very good condition, paper will show ageing and small spots of foxing.
