    1797 antique copper plate engraving of a Southern view of Selkser Abbey in County Wexford. Selkser Abbey is a 12th century Abbey and Augistinian House in Wexford. The engraving is signed in the plate Barrett. The engraving was published by S Hooper in Holborn, London in 1794 , however these works where not actually published until 1797. The engraving is in an impressed area size of 8 by 6 inches with the engraving measuring 6 1/2 inches by 4 3/4 inches. The overall paper size is 13 by 9 inches. The engraving and the impressed area are in good condition, allowing a good margin for mounting and framing, there is age related foxing and darkening to the paper edges, there is please see pictures. Remove
