Antique print of religious and biblical interest from the early 1840’s to 1850’s. Print is titled The Incredulity of St Thomas and was engraved by J Rogers, after a painting by Van Der Werff.

Prints where published by John Tallis and feature the ornate borders Tallis is known for. Prints are marked J & F Tallis which dates them to the 1840’s to early 1850’s.

The set of prints is from the Scripture Gallery of Engravings and the set was originally owned by a John Bullman.

Print is in very good condition for it’s age, paper will show ageing. Print is 9 by 7 inches with the paper area measuring 8 by 10 inches with good margins for framing.
