Rose Bradwardine, antique print, Victorian, an engraving from circa 1880 after the original painting by John Hayter.

She is the only daughter of The Baron of Bradwardine, a character from the novel Waverley by Sir Walter Scott.

The print is part of a set of engraving that where commissioned to show works that had been exhibited at the National Gallery, Royal Academy and where printed by the London Print and Publishing Company around 1880.

The overall paper size of the print is 11 by 8 inches with the engraving excluding title measuring 7 by 6 inches.

The print is in good condition, paper will show ageing and some foxing/marks up to print area, please see pictures.
