Vintage print of an Irish Wolfhound after P Malher, a chromolithograph from 1938. The print was produced in France and is titled Le Lévrier D’Irlande ou Wolfhound.

The paper size is 7 1/2 by 11 inches with the print area 6 by 9 inches. The original tissue covers on these prints have the breed traits in French and is included with the print.

Print is in very good condition for age, paper will show ageing and small spots foxing. Good margins on the print for framing.

The prints where published originally for Les Chiens de Chasse printed in St Etienne by D’armes et Cycles
The original paintings of the dogs where executed by P Malher a known animal painter and a younger artist called Castellan.
