Harry Aaron Kernoff RHA (January 10, 1900 – December 25, 1974) was an Irish painter. The Irish artist of London/Russian extraction, is primarily remembered for his sympathetic interest in Dublin and its people. He depicted street and pub scenes, as well as Dublin landmarks with sympathy and understanding. This is particularly evident in his woodcuts.

The woodcut is from 1948.

The engraving is in an impressed area size of 8 by 6 inches with the engraving measuring 6 1/2 inches by 4 3/4 inches. The overall paper size is 13 by 9 inches. The engraving and the impressed area are in good condition, allowing a good margin for mounting and framing, there is age related foxing and darkening to the paper edges, there is please see pictures.
