Vintage colour print by Sheila Jackson from 1945 titled Hamlet.

1 in stock

Vintage colour print by Sheila Jackson from 1945 titled Hamlet.

The print is 8 by 10 inches and in excellent condition, with the colour still very vibrant. There is a description of another ballet on the reverse.

The print is from a set of seventeen, some colour and some black and white that she did for an illustrative work Ballet in England, printed by the Curwen Press and published by Transatlantic Arts Ltd in 1945. The Royal academy holds a copy of the work in it’s collection.

A lovely vintage print, an excellent quality lithograph, suitable for framing, we would recommend for this print using a professional local framer rather than standard off the shelf mounts to best show the print.

Free delivery is included in Ireland.
