1797 antique print a copperplate engraving of Cloghgrennan Castle in County Carlow, Ireland. At the time the print was done it was noted as being in Laois stating Queens Co on the print, Queens County is the old name for County Laois.

The engraving is dated as published by M Hooper in Holborn, London in 1793 , however this work where not actually published until 1797.

The engraving is in an impressed area size of 8 by 6 inches with the engraving measuring 6 1/2 inches by 4 3/4 inches. The overall paper size is 13 by 9 inches.

The engraving is in  good condition,  there is age related foxing and toning,  please see pictures.
