Antique colour map of Ireland published by George Virtue from the 1840’s.
The map was done as part of a larger set of maps and prints done circa 1845 printed by Hall and Virtue in London for Ireland’s Scenery and Characters.
The map is in very good overall condition for it’s age, very clean, only very small areas of smudges of ink at titles, please see pictures.
The map’s paper area is 8 by 5 inches, it has been mounted and framed giving an external size to 14 1/2 by 12 1/2 inches.
