1854 steel engraving William Pulteney 1684 to 1674, Earl of Bath. He is stated to be the shortest ever serving Prime Minister for 2 days in 1746.
The piece has foxing reflective of its age, mainly at the page edges,the engraving itself is very good, see pictures.

Henry Warren 1794-1879 was President of the New Watercolour Society the medium he mainly worked in. He was a pupil of Joseph Nollekens 1737-1823.
