1797 Antique Print, a copper plate engraving of the Tower of Ballintuber in County Mayo, Ireland. Saint Patrick is said to have founded a church in Ballintuber.

1797 Antique Print of the Tower of Ballintober in County Roscommon, Ireland.

On the print the actual spelling is Bellintuber rather than Ballintuber.

The engraving was published by S Hooper in Holborn, London in 1791 , however these works where not actually published until 1797.

The engraving is in an impressed area size of 8 by 6 inches with the engraving measuring 6 1/2 inches by 4 3/4 inches. The overall paper size is 13 by 9 inches.

The engraving is in very good condition, the impressed area is largely clear, there is age related foxing on the paper, mainly edges, please see pictures.
